The Monkton Town Clerk will be available to issue dog licenses to Monkton patrons. Dog licenses are due April 1st. Prices before and up to April 1st, 2013 will be $11 to $15 depending on if your dog is spayed or neutered or not. After April 1st, the price goes up to $13 to $19. Special licenses are required for kennels. Check with Town Clerk Sharon Gomez for information at 453-3800 during regular office hours: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Fridays 8am – 1pm.
