2025 Tax Bills

2025 property tax bills are in the mail this week.  If you have not received your bill by 8/29, contact Bill Joos, the Treasurer, at treasurer@monktonvt.com, or call (802) 453-3812.   Taxes are due on or before Monday, November 17, 2025.  Thank you!   

Notice: Tyler Bridge Road will be closed starting at 6 A.M. on Tuesday, August 5th near 2448 Tyler Bridge Road and the Last Resort Farm; 2246 Tyler Bridge Road. The road is expected to reopen Thursday morning, August 7th.

Detours will be made through States Prison Hollow Road to Route 116 and Turkey Lane to Silver Street.

Please plan your travels accordingly.

The Town Office will be CLOSED Thursday evening July 3rd and also Friday July 4th.
