Informational Meeting on Unified Planning Document

The Monkton Selectboard will hold an informational meeting to discuss the ballot measure to adopt the amended Unified Planning Document (UPD) on Wednesday November 2, 2016 at Town Hall at 6:00 p.m. The Article to be discussed is the following:

Article 1: “Shall the voters adopt the Unified Planning Document for the Town of Monkton, in its entirety, as amended and adopted by the Town of Monkton Selectboard on September 26, 2016”?

Development Review Board position

The Town of Monkton is seeking to fill a position on its Development Review Board (DRB). The 7-member DRB Board is responsible for reviewing and approving all proposed development projects. This includes conditional use, variance, site plan, and subdivision approvals. The DRB meets on the 2^nd and 4^th Tuesdays, 7:30 p.m. at Monkton Town Hall.
