Town of Monkton Vermont

The Selectboard will meet to consider the adoption of the Memo of Understanding that has been negotiated with Vermont Gas Systems for the construction of a gas transmission line in the Town of Monkton.  The meeting will be Monday June 3rd at 7:00pm at the Monkton Central School.

The Selectboard of the Town of Monkton will meet on Monday June 3rd 7:00 at the Monkton Central School to consider the proposed Memo of Understanding with Vermont Gas.  The Memo of Understanding has been negotiated to address the Town’s concerns regarding the Addison Natural Gas Project proposed by Vermont Gas.   As with all Selectboard meetings, members of the public are invited, and given the agenda, the meeting is being held at the Monkton Central School to ensure enough seating.
