There will be numerous ballots and decisions to make on November 8, 2016.  In addition to the General Election where Federal, State and Local candidates will be elected, the voters of Monkton will also be asked to decide whether to accept the proposed unification of school districts recommended by the ANESU Act 46 Study Committee,  to choose members of the unified board if the recommendation passes and to approve the amended Unified Planning Document in it’s entirety.  This is the Warning and Notification of a Special Town Meeting to decide whether to adopt the amended Unified Planning Document in its entirety.
