Development Review Board
The Town of Monkton is looking for candidates to join its Development Review Board (DRB). The DRB reviews land development including conditional uses, planned unit developments, waivers, variances and appeals of decisions by the zoning administrator. The DRB meets two times a month. Applicants do not need to be Monkton residents but do need to be familiar with the Monkton Town Plan and its zoning bylaws.
