Potentially Vicious Dog/Domestic Pet Complaint

The Monkton Selectboard will hold a hybrid in-person and Zoom Public Hearing pursuant to 20 V.S.A. § 3546 on Friday, March 6, 2026 at 6 pm at the Monkton Town Hall (92 Monkton Ridge) to hear evidence and receive testimony on a complaint of a “potentially vicious dog” named Finnigan owned/kept by Ellen and Joseph Timmins presently residing at 1049 Mountain Road.

This hearing will be open to the public to attend, but it is not open to public comment. Only those offering evidence in the above-stated matter will be allowed to participate.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that proposals and qualificators are being solicited by the Town of
Monkton to obtain “MUNICIPAL AUDIT SERVICES”. Individuals responding to this Request for Proposal (RFP) should have a knowledgeable background in municipal and governmental accounting and have extensive experience in providing auditing services for
municipalities in Vermont.
