PERMIT WORK – Please be aware that our professional Assessor, New England Municipal Resource Center (NEMRC) will be in Monkton performing permit work next week 5/11-5/15. If you have an open permit, we will be stopping by to determine the progress of your project in order to update your assessed value for the 2026 Grand List. The vehicle should have a sign attached indicating that it belongs to a NEMRC assessor.
