The Monkton Building Committee is taking an exciting step towards a new town building. We are looking for a partner to start the process of designing a new town hall, library and community space. We have created a Request for Proposal seeking Architectural and Engineering services which directly includes many of the comments and insights that have received from surveys and public meetings. The design process will involve several more community meetings. The Request for Proposal can be viewed here.
