School District Warning and Notification

There will be numerous ballots and decisions to make on November 8, 2016.  In addition to the General Election where Federal, State and Local candidates will be elected, the voters of Monkton will also be asked to decide whether to accept the proposed unification of school districts recommended by the ANESU Act 46 Study Committee,  to choose members of the unified board if the recommendation passes and to approve the revised Unified Planning Document in it’s entirety.  This is the Warning and Notification of a Special School District Meeting and the Election and Unification Vote.   Continue reading “School District Warning and Notification”

The Monkton Community Coffeehouse is putting in an order for our town flag. They are $25 each. They are great to have at your home and make wonderful gifts, especially with the upcoming holidays!!!

Payment deadline has been extended to Monday, October 24th, so send in your check today!

To purchase a flag, please send a check for $25.00, payable to the “Monkton Community Coffeehouse” and mail it to:

You may also drop it off with the town clerk, Sharon Gomez.  Please leave your contact info with her so we can let you know when they are in.
