Reminder: Policies for Work in Right of Way

Dear Residents,

This is a friendly reminder that any work within the town right of way, including curb cuts, requires notice and approval by the Selectboard per the towns Highway Right of Way Policy and Highway Access Policy. Both policies are linked below:

These policies also apply to curb cuts. Residents must submit a curb cut application to be approved before any work in the right of way can be conducted. The application form is linked below:
