A message from the treasurer and tax collector about 2023 property taxes:
Thank you to all who have mailed, dropped off, or presented their tax payments in person at town hall. For those who have yet to act, this is a reminder of the approaching deadline for timely payment: Wednesday, November 15, 2023.
The treasurer will maintain extended office hours until 7:00 PM on Monday, 11/13, Tuesday, 11/14 & Wednesday, 11/15 – deadline). Also, a secure lockbox is located at the rear entrance to Town Hall, adjacent to the library book drop, to receive payments at any time.
We issue receipts for all payments, including those received directly from banks and escrow companies.
