The Town Forest Committee will have a table at the Recycling Center on
States Prison Hollow Rd. on Saturday, September 14th from 9:00-Noon.
We will have a map, info, and an opportunity to ask questions and discuss the
project.
The Monkton Town Forest purchase is expected to happen in December! We
are gathering feedback through the Community Outreach Survey about how
we should enjoy, project, and manage our community forest. There will also
be a workshop about it at Town Hall and on Zoom on Thursday, Sept. 19th
from 7:00-8:30pm.
