American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) fund page added to website

A new page has been added to the website to allow easy access to the ARPA funds information and the current list of proposals in front of the Selectboard.  APRA page address is http://monktonvt.com/american-rescue-plan-act/ or via the menu under Town Info.
