The Monkton Town Office will be CLOSED Thursday 11/26 and Friday 11/27 for Thanksgiving. We will reopen normal business hours on Monday 11/30. Happy Thanksgiving to Everyone.

Due to the amendment to the Governor’s executive order, the dog park opened Saturday 11/21/20! For the safety of our friends and neighbors please respect the temporary restrictions which allow two people from different households to engage in outdoor activities. A big thank you to everyone who has helped make this park possible. If you’d like to make a donation to support the purchase of park amenities for people, pups and ongoing maintenance please use the donate link on the Dog Park committee’s page.

The fence is up and it looks great! A huge thank you Paul Low and his team at Red Schoolhouse Contracting! We were hoping to celebrate with a soft opening this weekend, but due to the Governor’s order prohibiting social gatherings the opening will be delayed until further notice. Better days are ahead and we look forward to seeing you at the dog park!
